Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Support professional to join our team, focusing specifically on our construction projects in Batumi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth administrative operation of our project sites and main office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, manage documentation, and support various departments within our dynamic construction environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize project-related documentation, including contracts, blueprints, permits, and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining project calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and onboarding assistance.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for project managers and senior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Georgian and English languages (Russian is a plus).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
