Job Description
Are you passionate about podcasts? Do you love discovering new shows and have a keen ear for detail? Spotify is looking for enthusiastic, entry-level Podcast Audio Listeners & Reviewers to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and discoverability of podcast content on our platform. You will listen to a diverse range of podcasts, provide detailed feedback, and contribute to making Spotify the ultimate destination for audio content.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to a wide variety of podcast episodes across different genres and languages.
- Identify and report any audio quality issues, technical glitches, or content policy violations.
- Provide constructive and detailed feedback on podcast content, including topic relevance, narrative flow, and host engagement.
- Categorize and tag podcast episodes accurately to improve discoverability for users.
- Verify metadata, descriptions, and show notes for accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and quality standards for all review tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on content guidelines and best practices.
