Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and discerning Fine Dining Evaluator to join our team. This pivotal role involves anonymously assessing the quality and consistency of service, cuisine, and ambiance across our portfolio of high-end dining establishments. The ideal candidate possesses an impeccable palate, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to articulate observations into comprehensive, objective reports. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the legendary standards of our luxury dining experiences, ensuring every guest encounter is nothing short of extraordinary. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, anonymous evaluations of designated fine dining restaurants and culinary outlets.
- Meticulously assess all aspects of the dining experience, including food quality, presentation, flavor profiles, portioning, and menu accuracy.
- Evaluate service efficiency, staff professionalism, adherence to service standards, and guest interaction.
- Observe and report on restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, table settings, and overall guest comfort.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written reports within established timelines, utilizing specific evaluation criteria.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, findings, and company proprietary information.
- Adhere to the highest standards of discretion and professional conduct at all times.
- Collaborate with management teams to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

- Exceptional observational and analytical skills with an acute attention to detail.
