Job Description
As a Remote UPS Environmental Aide with a Green Tech focus, you will play a crucial role in supporting UPS’s sustainability initiatives from your home office. This position involves assisting with data collection, research, and analysis related to environmental impact, green technology adoption, and sustainability reporting. You will contribute to projects aimed at improving energy efficiency, reducing emissions, and promoting eco-friendly practices across our vast operations. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a greener future from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize environmental data from various sources (e.g., energy consumption, waste generation, emissions).
- Conduct research on emerging green technologies and sustainable practices relevant to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Assist in the preparation of environmental reports, presentations, and sustainability documentation.
- Support the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives across different departments.
- Monitor and track key environmental performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, engineering, corporate social responsibility) to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of internal communications and educational materials related to environmental efforts and green initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and data management skills.

- Basic understanding of environmental principles and sustainability concepts.
