Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Google Concierge to manage and support our VIP customers. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most valued clients, providing personalized support, proactive solutions, and white-glove service for a range of Google products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated concierge for a portfolio of VIP Google customers, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Provide proactive and personalized support across various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Educate VIP clients on new Google features, products, and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Gather feedback from VIP customers to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to ensure seamless VIP customer experiences.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in VIP customer service, account management, or a similar concierge role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • High level of empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology industry, particularly with Google products.
