Job Description

Join the Four Seasons Scottsdale team as a Professional Chauffeur, providing exceptional transportation services to our esteemed guests. This role is crucial in delivering the luxury experience our guests expect, ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely travel. You will be responsible for operating high-end vehicles, maintaining a professional demeanor, and providing personalized service that reflects the Four Seasons standard. We offer competitive weekly pay and significant potential for high tips from our appreciative clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently transport guests to their desired destinations, including airport transfers, local excursions, and inter-resort travel.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of all assigned vehicles, performing daily inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings, demonstrating attentiveness and care.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and smooth ride.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about local attractions, dining, and other points of interest.
  • Manage trip logs, mileage, and expense reports accurately.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona areas.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience driving luxury vehicles.
  • Experience working in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Multilingual abilities.
