Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Virtual Concierge to join our dedicated team, focusing on delivering bespoke services to our luxury property clientele. This is a 100% remote position that requires exceptional communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a diverse range of client requests, from property-related inquiries to high-end lifestyle arrangements, all while maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism. You will serve as a critical point of contact, ensuring our clients receive a seamless and elevated experience that reflects the Sotheby’s International Realty standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, proactive virtual concierge services to high-net-worth individuals and luxury property owners.
- Manage and respond to a wide array of client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, including property information, local amenities, travel, and lifestyle requests.
- Coordinate and schedule various services, such as private chefs, transportation, home maintenance, event bookings, and exclusive experiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles, documenting preferences, important dates, and specific requirements to anticipate future needs.
- Utilize advanced CRM systems and communication platforms to streamline operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Act as a trusted resource, offering expert recommendations and solutions tailored to individual client desires.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of client requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-end customer service, hospitality, or personal assistant role.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, various chat platforms).
