Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, both on arrival and departure.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing assistance with room orientation and hotel facilities as needed.
  • Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis and providing directions.
  • Deliver messages, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby and entrance areas.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the front desk team with various tasks as required.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
