Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Van Chauffeur with a dedicated focus on group transfers to join our elite team in Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a deep commitment to customer service, and an impeccable safety record. You will be responsible for transporting groups of clients to various destinations, including airport transfers, corporate events, special occasions, and tours, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and timely journey in our luxury vans. This role requires punctuality, discretion, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vans for group transfers, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, assisting with luggage and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine appearance of the assigned vehicle, including regular cleaning and minor maintenance checks.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and client schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules, potential delays, and special requests.
- Handle client inquiries and requests professionally and courteously.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure operational readiness and safety.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 3-5 years).
- Proven experience in professional driving or chauffeur services (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Albuquerque and surrounding New Mexico areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (P endorsement) or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience specifically with luxury group transfers or VIP transportation.
- Familiarity with navigation technology and route optimization software.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities.
