Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Remote Apple Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications that redefine user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Swift/Objective-C code for iOS applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of Apple's Xcode IDE.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Grand Central Dispatch, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments.
- Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and design principles.
- Proficiency with version control tools, preferably Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit/UI tests.
- Published at least one original iOS app in the App Store.
- Knowledge of other programming languages relevant to mobile or cloud development (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Python).
