Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment sourcing to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our diverse client base. You will support our recruitment efforts by managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants. This position is ideal for an organized individual looking to grow their career in human resources and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
- Assist with screening resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple online channels.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
