Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fryers to cook food items to McDonald's quality standards.
- Maintain oil quality through regular filtering and changing as per schedule.
- Manage fry product levels, ensuring timely preparation and rotation of stock.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Keep the fry station clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as required to support overall restaurant flow.
Required Skills
