Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Drive-Thru Fulfillment Aide. This role is crucial in ensuring our drive-thru operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing a fast and friendly experience for all our valued customers. You will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders via the drive-thru system.
- Process cash and credit card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Assemble food and beverage orders with precision and speed, ensuring all items are correct.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window area and workstation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
