Job Description

Publicis Groupe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our TikTok creators. This is a fantastic remote opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in digital content management, community engagement, and creator support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist TikTok creators with content scheduling and posting across various platforms.
- Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and engagement on TikTok.
- Conduct research on trending topics, sounds, and challenges relevant to creator niches.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing content assets, tracking performance metrics, and managing basic communication.
- Collaborate with creators to understand their needs and optimize their workflow.
- Help maintain creator calendars and deadlines for content delivery.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities and growth strategies.
Required Skills
