Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all kitchenware, cookware, utensils, and serving dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding dish needs and supplies.
- Help with basic food prep tasks as needed and directed by kitchen management.
