Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald's quality standards and recipes.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory, including condiments, paper products, and ingredients.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service goals and customer demand.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and attendance standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role.
- Food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
