Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Work from Home Teleperformance Support Advisor! Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
