Job Description

You’ll play a crucial role in providing top-tier service to our customers, ensuring their Apple devices are returned to optimal performance. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and accurately troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.).
- Execute repairs, component replacements, and upgrades in accordance with Apple's strict repair protocols and quality standards.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly explanations of technical issues and repair solutions to customers.
- Manage repair queues, maintain accurate records of services performed, and track parts inventory.
- Actively participate in all certified Apple training programs and ongoing professional development to stay current with new technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
