Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the rigging up and rigging down of fracturing equipment at well sites.
  • Monitor equipment during operations to ensure proper function and identify potential issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fracturing equipment as directed.
  • Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and safety concerns.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all operational procedures.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in heavy labor, construction, or a physically demanding role.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
  • Knowledge of oilfield operations or heavy equipment.
  • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and compliance.
