Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the rigging up and rigging down of fracturing equipment at well sites.
- Monitor equipment during operations to ensure proper function and identify potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fracturing equipment as directed.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and safety concerns.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all operational procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in heavy labor, construction, or a physically demanding role.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Knowledge of oilfield operations or heavy equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and compliance.
