Job Description

RE/MAX Québec is seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position offering significant earning potential for those who excel at lead qualification and appointment setting. As an ISA, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and supporting our field agents. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technology to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and emails.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective clients to identify their real estate needs.
- Schedule appointments and set up meetings for our experienced field agents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with field agents to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Continuously learn and adapt to market trends and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Required Skills
- Proven sales or telemarketing experience (1+ year preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) in real estate.
- Knowledge of the Quebec real estate market.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
- Experience with real estate specific lead generation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
