RE/MAX Québec is seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective clients to identify their real estate needs.
  • Schedule appointments and set up meetings for our experienced field agents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with field agents to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to market trends and sales techniques.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales or telemarketing experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) in real estate.
  • Knowledge of the Quebec real estate market.
