Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders with a smile.
- Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock inventory and ensure all workstations are fully equipped.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
