Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Smoothie/Juice Baristas to join our vibrant team in Vacaville, CA. As a Jamba Juice Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting delicious and nutritious beverages and bowls, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a fun, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, juices, and bowls according to Jamba Juice's recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service, greeting all guests with a positive attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen area, and dining space.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Educate customers on menu items, ingredients, and nutritional benefits.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive store environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role.
