Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Limo Logistics Coordinator with a ‘Planning & Driving mix’ to join our New Port Richey team. This unique role combines critical logistical planning for our luxury fleet with active driving responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, optimizing routes, coordinating drivers, and personally executing high-end chauffeured services. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in professional driving, all while maintaining our high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize daily limousine schedules and routes for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Actively drive company vehicles to provide chauffeured services to clients, adhering to all safety and service protocols.
- Monitor real-time traffic conditions and make proactive adjustments to routes and schedules as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal staff regarding schedule changes, special requests, and service details.
- Manage vehicle readiness, including cleanliness, maintenance checks, and fuel levels.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and service details.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in luxury transportation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using GPS and route optimization software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or logistics coordinator.
- Knowledge of the New Port Richey and surrounding Tampa Bay area.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
