Job Description

As a Part-time Bank Teller at Wells Fargo in Reno, Nevada, you will be a vital first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, offering stable part-time employment with opportunities for growth within the financial industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.

  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer according to established procedures.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Open and close accounts as needed, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.

  • Previous cash handling or customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality).
