Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to clients regarding Google services and applications, including Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.) and other Google Cloud products.
  • Assist users with account setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Participate actively in all training programs to develop a deep understanding of Google services and support protocols.
  • Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
