Job Description

Join EY as a Casual Mystery Shopper and help us gather critical insights into customer service and operational standards across various retail and service industries. This flexible role allows you to work on assignments at your convenience, with no minimum hour commitment. You’ll visit assigned locations, observe specific aspects of the customer experience, and provide objective, detailed feedback through our online reporting system. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, or service providers as per project guidelines.
  • Objectively observe and evaluate customer service, product availability, store cleanliness, and employee adherence to brand standards.
  • Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess service quality without revealing your identity as a mystery shopper.
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete online evaluation forms, providing detailed written comments and supporting documentation (e.g., receipts, photos) within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
  • Manage your own schedule to complete assignments within given windows.

Required Skills
