Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across various channels (phone, email, chat) to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Educate customers on product features and services, promoting relevant solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.
