Job Description
As an Influencer Liaison at Netflix, with a specific focus on creative talent, you will be instrumental in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of creators, artists, and thought leaders who align with Netflix’s brand values and content strategy. This is a fully remote role, requiring you to autonomously manage your outreach and engagement efforts to amplify our content and brand narrative through influential voices in the creative landscape. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and communications teams to develop innovative strategies for talent partnerships and campaigns that resonate with global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and scout emerging and established creative talent (artists, filmmakers, writers, musicians, thought leaders) across various platforms and genres.
- Develop and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers and their representatives, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute influencer campaigns for specific content launches and brand initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and manage agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with legal and brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new platforms relevant to influencer marketing and creative talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Netflix in a professional and engaging manner.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or community management, with a strong focus on creative talent.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with high-profile individuals or their management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and project management abilities.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and influencer analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the entertainment, media, or tech industry.
- Existing network of contacts within the creative talent community.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Experience with CRM software and influencer marketing platforms.
