Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Netflix Recommendation Evaluator to join our innovative team. This 100% remote role involves critically assessing and providing feedback on the performance of our content recommendation algorithms. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the relevance, diversity, and quality of recommendations delivered to millions of users worldwide. Your insights will directly influence algorithm improvements, enhancing member satisfaction and engagement with Netflix’s vast content library.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the relevance and quality of content recommendations for various user profiles and scenarios.
- Identify patterns, biases, and anomalies in recommendation outputs.
- Provide structured and qualitative feedback on algorithm performance.
- Contribute to the refinement of evaluation metrics and methodologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to communicate findings and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about current content trends and user preferences on the Netflix platform.
- Participate in A/B testing and experimentation analysis as needed.
