Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics activities.
- Learn and apply procedures for tracking and tracing shipments, resolving discrepancies, and communicating updates.
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and help monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overages.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the logistics department as needed.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for continuous learning and development.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
