Job Description
Join the McDonald’s team as a Fast Food POS Operator! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals, including high schoolers, to help us deliver excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the front-line face of our restaurant, responsible for accurately processing orders, handling transactions, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to take customer orders.
- Process cash and credit card transactions, providing correct change and receipts.
- Greet customers warmly and answer any questions about the menu or promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
- Assist with food preparation and serving when needed, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and cash handling protocols.
