Job Description

Join FedEx as a Work From Home Chat Specialist! This is an immediate hire, full-time remote position where you will provide exceptional customer support exclusively through live chat and email. No phone calls are involved. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding shipments, tracking, service options, and general information, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
