Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Support team members with meeting setup, preparing conference rooms, and ensuring necessary materials are available.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including common areas and supply closets.
- Run errands as needed, both within the office and occasionally off-site.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and equipment setup under supervision.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by office management.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
