Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Pinterest Account Director to join our Professional Services team in Waikiki, Honolulu. This top-tier position requires a seasoned expert in Pinterest advertising, content strategy, and client management. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sophisticated Pinterest marketing strategies for our key clients, driving exceptional performance and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic lead for Pinterest accounts, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of complex Pinterest campaigns, including paid advertising, organic content, and influencer collaborations.
- Lead a team of account managers and specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, generate actionable insights, and present detailed reports to clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest Pinterest features, best practices, and industry trends, integrating new opportunities into client strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and other marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met for assigned accounts.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Pinterest advertising and strategy.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving significant ROI on Pinterest.
- Expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager, analytics tools, and content optimization strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with global brands or large enterprise clients.
- Certifications in Pinterest advertising or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with visual search optimization and e-commerce integration on Pinterest.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
