Job Description

This is an entry-level position with full training provided, perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a leading telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and company events
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support team members with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when required
