Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business needs, and support project execution.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and workshops, contributing to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
• Support the executive mentor on various ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Analyze financial data and business metrics to assess performance and inform strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
