Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Government Contract Aide to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. In this crucial role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support for federal government contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and physical records of contract files, correspondence, and related materials.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Support the tracking of contract deliverables and deadlines, notifying relevant parties of upcoming milestones.
- Conduct basic research to support contract compliance and identify relevant federal regulations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries related to contract performance and status.
- Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support contract operations.
