Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for a tiered support role within our Escondido operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, starting at $30/hr, with potential for increases based on tier progression, performance, and skill development. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and support, handling a variety of tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support and resolution for complex inquiries based on assigned tier level.
