Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Analyst with a specific focus on Concentrix software solutions to join our dynamic team in Downtown Edmonton. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical applications that leverage Concentrix platforms. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain optimal system health. This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of software support best practices within a customer experience (CX) driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Concentrix-based applications and related systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide off-hours support for critical incidents.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of application updates and new releases.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational best practices.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar IT role.
  • Demonstrated experience with Concentrix software solutions or similar customer experience (CX) platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications, databases (SQL), and web services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, specific Concentrix certifications).
