Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our manufacturing facility in Croydon. This is an excellent ongoing opportunity for individuals who are keen to contribute to a dynamic production environment, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our renowned consumer products. The role operates Monday to Friday, providing a stable work-life balance. You will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth flow of operations and the adherence to our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Performing quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and reporting defects.
  • Loading and unloading materials from production lines.
  • Packing finished goods accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment under supervision.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Completing production documentation and reports accurately.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience operating machinery or using hand tools.
  • Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
