Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Agents to provide exceptional text-based customer support. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive brand experience, all without using your voice. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and resolution rates.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team knowledge base.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
- Proficiency in typing at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
