Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, processing payments efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic dining area and workstation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
