Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience with Revolut is seamless and positive. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through our products and services, all from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to Revolut customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and product features.
- Educate customers on how to best use Revolut's financial tools and services.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Revolut products, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and report common customer pain points and feedback to help improve our products and services.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
