Job Description

As a Remote Google Virtual Assistant at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams and clients by efficiently managing a wide range of administrative, technical, and creative tasks. This 100% remote position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and proficient with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet). You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, improving productivity, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence and calendar scheduling using Google Calendar and Gmail.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documents within Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Assist with data entry, research tasks, and information gathering to support various projects.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and events, including sending invitations, managing attendees, and preparing agendas.
  • Provide technical support for Google Workspace applications as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients across different time zones.

Required Skills

  • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for presentation enhancement.
  • Certification in Google Workspace or related productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
