Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete paid orientation and ongoing training programs with enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and personal performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are highly valued.
