Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Digital Catalog Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information within Amazon’s extensive digital catalog. This is a crucial position that ensures the integrity and quality of our product listings, directly impacting customer experience and searchability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates across all states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery, into our digital catalog systems.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on existing catalog entries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Organize and categorize product information according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
  • Collaborate with various teams (e.g., vendor management, content, merchandising) to resolve data discrepancies and ensure complete product listings.
  • Adhere to strict data entry standards, style guides, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies within the catalog system or data sources.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while working remotely.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and catalog policies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing skills and data entry speed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
