Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 16-year-old looking for your first job experience? Target in Downey, CA, is excited to welcome new team members to our retail family! This part-time position offers a flexible weekend roster, perfect for fitting around school and other commitments. As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our guests, helping them find what they need, and ensuring our store looks great. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Help guests locate products throughout the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and customer service.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
