Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Billing Coordinator with an administrative focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of billing operations related to Google’s various services. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process billing inquiries and discrepancies for Google products and services.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer support teams to resolve billing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review billing reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolve payment processing issues.
  • Provide administrative support for billing operations, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Identify and implement improvements to billing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Google's billing policies and product changes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with billing systems or financial software.
  • Familiarity with Google's product ecosystem (e.g., Google Ads, Google Cloud).

  • A degree or certification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
