Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused WFH Virtual Receptionist to join our remote team. This unique role is 100% chat-based, meaning all customer interactions will occur through text, with no voice communication required. You will be responsible for providing front-line support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues for our clients’ customers using our advanced chat platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and clients through live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Accurately answer questions regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide information, and guide users through online processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all chat interactions and customer information within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, communication protocols, and quality standards in all interactions.
  • Stay informed about client services and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information delivery.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
  • Proficient typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with web-based chat platforms and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a chat-based customer service or virtual assistant role.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience working as an independent contractor.
