Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and committed to high standards? Secret Shopper, Inc. is seeking discreet and reliable individuals to join our team as an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper. This specialized role focuses on evaluating customer service, operational procedures, and, critically, security protocols within a major airport terminal. Your mission will be to meticulously observe and report on various aspects of the passenger journey, from check-in and security checkpoints to retail and dining experiences, with a particular emphasis on security effectiveness and staff compliance. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to enhancing public safety and service quality. A bonus will be provided for successfully completed assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to designated areas within the airport terminal, including check-in, security screening, gate areas, retail stores, and dining establishments.
- Rigorously observe and document staff interactions, adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Pay special attention to and accurately report on security procedures, staff attentiveness, and protocol compliance at various checkpoints.
- Interact with airport staff as a typical passenger, asking specific questions to gauge knowledge and helpfulness.
- Complete detailed online reports within 24 hours of each assignment, providing objective observations and actionable feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to all airport regulations and company guidelines during evaluations.

- Ability to follow complex instructions and scenarios precisely.
- Excellent written communication skills for comprehensive report generation.
- Discretion and ability to maintain anonymity during assignments.
- Reliable internet access and proficiency with online reporting tools.
- Ability to travel to and navigate a busy airport terminal independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mystery shopping or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with airport environments and travel processes.
- Background in security, auditing, or customer service.
- Access to a smartphone for photo documentation (where permitted).
